What do people think about Bitcoin?

The vast majority of Bitcoin mining factories run on green coal.

 

And peoples use their bitcoins on Tesla’s it is known. For the simple folk they think it’s leading to more emission but little do they know

Lol! It's an asset and I hope it rises (holding mara now), but ppl pretending there isn't an energy problem is hiding ones head in the sand. In Singapore I see retail shops in old shopping centers openly mining (I think they get free central a/c not sure about electricity), and they aren't running on renewables.

 

Finally you get MARA. I sold SO MANY puts on it at $26 expiring today. Looks like no love for me. Just juicy high IV premiums.

Man... I was SWEATING last night. Imagine getting assigned a HEFTY amount of contracts late on a FRIDAY and having to hold through the weekend WHILE Bitcoin continues to move (up or down). If it sinks 15% you walk into Monday down God-knows-how-many %.

It's crypto. Whales and trading algos blow out peoples' stops and buy it up and everybody has FOMO, so they buy back into it so they don't miss out and it goes up again. lol. There's also an impending release of the Mary hard fork on March 1st that's fueling much of the ramp-up.
