They’d give him up before Thybulle I think. Korkmaz or Milton are probably the most realistic targets from Philly for Tucker.
Yeah, I watch basketball man. LM wanted out last year and wants to get paid for sure regardless. Picking up Kuzma, on a team friendly deal makes sense over losing him in free agency for nothing. Lakers have reported interest in Tucker. Like none of this trade is objectionably unrealistic. There's the same .00000000000000000001% chance this trade happens as any other trade on this thread. No, I don't think Tucker is washed. I think he's pissed off, wants to be somewhere else and isn't trying to get hurt for the Rockets secret tank job. Also not an unrealistic take...
Agree to disagree. Both Shake and Maxey have been 6th man. Korkmaz actually started tonight because they want to maintain Shake's role.
I watched. Yea Shake closing games tells me he wouldn’t be available. I don’t think Thybulle would be either. Korkmaz, DJ Wilson, KZ Okpala seem like the realistic level of player we could get for PJ.
I’m not expecting much at the trade deadline......and I’m starting to get this feeling it may be worse than that.
I don’t like waiting until the deadline to make the moves. I’d prefer some continuity for the second half of the year. I’d like every major trade done by March 11. Set the market don’t wait for the market to form.
Just my 2 cents. If the Rockets are trading Tucker to the 76ers, Id prefer Bradley in return. We need bigs and rebounding. Already have backcourt depth especially with KPJ on the way and possibly have something in Exum. At the right price, would retain Brown and Nwaba. Bradley is young and his rebound #s are way above average. He is buried on their bench behind Embiid and Howard. Even less playing time with Tucker on their roster.
Oh, one more cent. VO to NYK for Knox & Noel. If the contract #s don't add up, I trust Stone can figure that out.
NYK lost starting center to a broken hand so I don't think Noel is gettable without a big going back to the Knicks.
Very interesting to see what Stone can turn VO and PJ into, especially with the sheer amount of disappointments so far. Celtics lost 7 of their last 10. Miami is 13-17. Atlanta is 13-17. Denver doesn’t look as good despite Jokic playing like an MVP. Regardless, even trading VO, PJ, picks for a young player (Collins, Herro, MPJ), you have a solid 8 man rotation alongside whoever comes back. Wall, KPJ, House, Tate, Wood with EG, Nwaba, Brown off the bench. Clear fit and easiest to get is John Collins, which makes it a nice 10 man rotation (Patton getting spot backup C minutes) Wall/Brown KPJ/EG House/Nwaba Collins/Tate Wood/Patton Solid. I still think they can make decent run at a play in game.
Hi there, can you please get out of my head? I have a word document I composed today with this exact trade and lineup. The only difference is I plugged in Tate as the starting 3, House as the backup 3, and Nwaba as the backup 4. Otherwise, spot on.
Denver and Boston seem good trade partners as long as Gary Harris winds up elsewhere. Both teams are underperforming.
Mo Bamba is who we want. "Mohamed Bamba Stats | Basketball-Reference.com" https://www.basketball-reference.com/players/b/bambamo01.html 22 years old, 7'10 wingspan and as you can see above, his per 36 is freakish.
Here's a Tucker trade I hadn't heard before. What do ya'll think? https://www.nbaanalysis.net/2021/02...-bucks-can-offer-houston-rockets-pj-tucker/2/
