Wall has not been making many of these passes either. Or if he does, Rockets have been encouraged to put ball on floor instead of catch and shoot.
In his defense He did add a center. (ray Spalding) the brother tore his achillies his very first game. He’s trying to find another C. But that center (norvelle Pelle) is viewing offers from 3 teams currently
Good thing he signed someone before we lost 8 games in a row. Stone is just on top of shet. Maybe a trade for someone who was not on the streets in addition?
He's so smooth! With a little more experience comes BBIQ and I feel strongly this kid will be a star in this league. Stone may have hit his first home run.
Thata why I said porter is the only guy you would bring up...n only if he mentally good. Cause we know he can play in the nba.
Only thing I don't like is the low release. Ima die on that hill lol. It's small but I can see that being a problem but it can be overcame. Like height can. Just ideally you want the height too lol
His whole shot is a little unorthodox, but the result is fine. I used to dislike James' inability to create lift with his legs on jumpers, but they always went in. KPJ has range and is fluid with the ball in almost every set. I dislike his lax passing, he needs to be more consistent and aware, but I feel those things come with a little more experience. Nobody knew James Harden would be a mini Magic Johnson clone until after a few years as the lead dog here. Im going to say it because im a "fake" fan - I think Kevin Porter Jr is a better basketball player at 19 than James Harden was. Will he have a better career? We shall see. Time to bring him onto the Rockets and start trading away the aging vets.
The more playing time in the DLeague the better. Question will be WHEN, not if he gets the call up, how he reacts when guys like Kawhi, PG13, and CP3 are allowed to put those hands on him and guard aggressively. Will he adapt and ball out or flame out? I am optimistic though!
