Trade everyone for picks/smaller contracts/shorter contracts, except Wood, Tate and Nwaba (but trade them also, if it helps get more picks). Completely blow it up. And somehow Frittata needs to sell the team. He has completely ruined it, in record time. It won't get better under him.
Ok, but if this was in reaction to tonight we were missing 4 starters. A 2nd C and backup PG could make this a 5 seed playoff team. But I am in favor of maximizing our draft picks.

When healthy this still isn't a playoff team. They really need to ship Tucker out for value this season. House as well. Let Wall rack up his Westbrook like stats ( neither player makes their teammates better ) and trade him in the off-season. If EG continues his stellar play he would fetch at least a 1st in the off-season Wood, Nwaba, Tate, Jones, Porter JR need all the PT they can get this year. You are for sure right about 1 think. Under Tilman we will never win a championship.
When all healthy, maybe not a deep playoffs team but this team is a playoffs team for sure! Wood instantly changes the game on offense and defense. Also, with Wood and Dipo out, you are missing almost 40 ppg on an avg. And then many games either Wall is out or Gordon. None of the role players are expected to score at that level to make up for it so how do you expect them to win?! Remove James from the Lakers and the team is hardly a playoff team. So imagine when so many players are missing from the Rockets on daily basis. Also, when core players are out, the role players game gets magnified as in this case with Tucker. The team always had Tucker to do the dirty work, not score! Not saying that he is that valuable but give the guy a break. I am not a fan of Tilman but seriously what did you expect him to do this year? Harden already wanted out which left the team in chaos. Offered him 50 mil to stay and rebuild the team around him but he refused. Stone did a decent job in getting Wood (which someone said Morey is to be thanked for that), Tate, Nwaba, and Jones (should be getting more playing time), and securing first-round picks. Maybe they are the future solid supporting cast or good trading pieces. Overall, I do not think there could have been much Tillman or Stone could do this year when a superstar like Harden forces his way out. Point is to give the management and owner a few years before reaching a conclusion and being so pessimistic.

Ferttita is fine. He spent like $2 million for Kenyon Martin Jr and another $2 million for Christian Wood. But I agree TRADE EVERYONE except Wood! None of the other players have a long-term role on this team.
Are you serious? I don't think it's crazy to say that Porter Jr is the most talented player the Rockets have. You keep him and Wood.
That sounds like a pretty crazy statement lol let’s wait to see him play a game for the Rockets before declaring him a more talented player then Wall, Wood, Tate or even Jones.
The superfluous talk does not help us when we need to focus. The focus should be on the guy they're calling the next Luka -- Cade Cunningham.
Keep Wood, Wall, Tate, Nwamba, Porter Jr, Oladipo. Rest them all against teams in the lottery. Hope for Cade joining the mix. Gordon and Tucker are the best returns.
