For those of y’all without power that are cold in the house ... go outside , walk around for 10 min , then go back inside .

    problem solved .

Power cut out about 5 and it just turned on about 10 minutes ago, was headed out the door to a hotel when it came on.

    Hopefully it stays on.

My kitchen sink doesn’t have any hot water but cold water runs normal. All other faucets are normal. Weird.

So, instead of cutting down the heat to 68 as recommended, I should have turned up the heat to 85 to prepare for blackout. Won’t make that mistake again.

That happened to us during the freeze a few years ago. It eventually started working.

funny, but the funniest part is the ironic self-own from the unwoke oligarchs. Darkly funny, true.

I thank my Dad for buying me a heavy weather Columbia jacket that I really never needed to wear before today. It’s a nice, warm jacket, Dad! I can’t thank him directly cause I don’t think he remembers me. Damn Alzheimer’s!

Pool equipment might be screwed, but at least I get to use the pool water to flush the toilet. Emptied the fridge into the garage that is just above freezing and have the frozen food out in the shade where it's allegedly 21 degrees. o_O
