She's already set up for life and some people have principles they live by such as not bowing to mindless authoritarian hate mobs even if doing so would lead to personal profit. It's unfortunate there aren't more people like that.

Honestly, I really don't see the issue with her post. She's telling people don't be mean like a Nazi.
She's comparing social pressure against her to the open fascist and discriminatory sentiment in Nazi Germany. Which is totally twisted because the more extreme GOP we're seeing now espouses fascist views and discrimination.
But any reasonable person can see her intent. I'm saying this a fairly moderate person that leans left. The cancel culture definitely bothers me though.
Yeah I think you're right. Watching some commentary on YouTube saying Disney had already parted ways with Gina and she made this last post to be a martyr for the MAGA conservatives to maybe lift her profile in that lane. So it makes it look like Disney let her go for this post when they already fired her for the other posts.
1) That tweet/ig story whatever didn't get her fired. Read the whole story. They just reiterated she doesn't work for them because of the current backlash. The article posted on the page before this says they scrapped her at the end of 2020. 2) Her tweets that got her in trouble were: mocking mask wearing (shouldn't get her fired even if stupid), pushing the election fraud conspiracy theory and then posting an image of rich "elites" playing monopoly on the backs of naked people. The image is an anti-semetic meme, though certainly someone could claim not to realize it's about Jews. 3) She then made this post where she compared what's happening to conservatives to what happened to Jews in the 1930s/1940s. Conservatives are weird. Free market advocates having a problem with companies in the marketplace not wanting to face consumer backlash for your ideas and therefore choosing to not do business with you seems counter intuitive.
Yeah I was just reading up on the situation. This was a situation that has festered. For those wondering, Pedro Pascal was aware of her position on transgendered individuals and was aware of her mocking the pronounce use. He "educated" her on it (according to her) and she did apologize.
1- It's false that Jews were not beaten by Nazi Soldiers. 2- The right to victimhood is solar hot when you are comparing right wing political views perceived hatred toward them vs millions of dead Jews by the hand of the Nazi 3- Warrior's fan?
