The fact that PJ is still here is driving me mad. Get some youth and send him to a contender. @Codman said deals were on the table. Hopefully they involve young players lost in the rotation or underperforming. I’m on the KZ Okpala for PJ train and it’s not stopping until Sneaker King is traded.
Meh they're losing anyway, what's the rush? There is some truth in the fact that deals get better closer to the deadline. Trading Harden was pretty much all they had to do to blow it up. Just accept the losses and wait for them to get the best deals.
We already are going down that route by maximizing individual players value, creating a defensive minded and hard working culture, all while playing it smart by not selling off to the first bidder.

The pieces don't fit. Gordon, Tucker, House, McLemore aren't the core that was built around Wall and Cousins. Oladipo is an outlier to all of it. Wood, Tate, Nwaba, Brown, Jones, and the G-League Jr.'s are the real beginning. A young team growing is acceptable. An old team slipping isn't it.
