Boston’s issue is that Ainge has refused to make a serious trade offer for the superstars that have been available to put next to their drafted star in Tatum Sacramento and Minnesota are 2 of the worst organizations in the league. His rotations are a big reason why we lose. Wood/Nwaba/Tate lineups have a net rating of +47.2. That trio ranks 2nd best in the entire NBA only behind the celtics' trio of Tatum/Brown/Teague. Our trio should be playing at least 25-30 minutes per game together, instead they only average playing 5 minutes per game together. THAT IS BEYOND DUMB! That is on the coach. Sit Tucker on the damn bench and start Tate and Nwaba at the wings. They play great together especially when Wood gets back. Also, Nwaba/Brown/Tate trio ranks #13 in the entire NBA with a net rating of +35. Silas barely plays that trio together more than 7 minutes per game. STUPIDITY. Again...know your damn lineups.
Wood and Nwaba have been out for most of the last 2 weeks, how can he play all of them? And how large is that sample size?
I can't front... Some of those lineups be like WTF. A big part of that is because all of our best players are injury prone. We need to go get a star that will be available night in and night out. We would have a better record right now if everybody was able to play every game. Boys need to go talk with Tom Brady about how to stay healthy physically.

This is my thought for sure. It's kind of painful to see people on here being mean to one another saying how unlikely tanking is to succeed, or how unlikely rebuilding without tanking is to succeed, when the reality is succeeding either way will require an enormous amount of both luck and skill. I'm pretty nihilistic about it. We lucked into having a competitive team due to Harden being available and being ahead of the pack regarding the analytics movement. I'll be amazed if we're ahead of the pack on anything under this owner.
Silas' main jobs are to finish with a bottom 3 worst record AND to showcase vets we need to get a return on I actually think he is doing a decent job.
