Rockets backup PG might already be on the roster. Not a good 3ball shooter but he is damn good in PnR. He can definitely throw a sweet lob and is an excellent finisher in his own right.
I like! May need to move PJ to a 3rd team with pick(s) going from that team to Magic. 4 players for 2 players is too many roster moves for Magic.
Found this, so looks like the earliest we see him is early TODAY but seems more like early March which is not too far away. Maybe could time with Wood's return as well. The Crucifix definitely needs a lob game and seems Exum has a great one.
There may be more sellers than buyers this season due to playoff contenders not having any FRP or no cap room. Some interesting names ESPN floating are well known and no surprises:
As presently constructed this team is 12 deep. With terrific chemistry. ( fingers crossed ) These trade proposals bringing in 3-4 new bodies, please put them on the back burner for the off season. Realistically, if they can remain reasonably healthy, the Rockets are a 6-8 seed. I'll take that. Considering this past off-season and early season, this present team is one of the more fun team's to follow. I will trust Stone and Silas decisions on how to construct the roster going forward. We need to see what we have on our roster already. We have three interesting players that we are kinda of redshirting. I personally think Kurucs can be a contributing bench player. KPJ has all the talent in the world, can the Rockets get his head straight. Then as D-rock has pointed out, Dante Exum. This guy was the 5th pick in the 2014 draft. Only played a full season his rookie year. Then injuries derailed him. Has played a little over 100 games the past 4 years. Yet team's keep signing him. I suspect the Rockets took him in trade with input from Weaver. Would like to see what we got in him, Kurucs and KPJ.
Morey loves PJ. The 76ers are ready to contend this season and it doesn't look like Thybulle is seasoned enough to rely upon in the playoffs yet. He's barely in their rotation whereas PJ would be a vital part of it. I think Morey would sacrifice long term potential to improve their odds this year. That was his MO almost his entire tenure in Houston.

If Stone can swing trade for AG + Bamba then I will take back everything bad I said about him. Trying to speak this into existence!!!!
The cupboard is dry, unfortunately. We will be lucky to get a pick or two. Moving Oladipo and Tucker is a must for cap room.
