    been saying it since before the win streak, in response to the “this would be lucky to be a play-in team” morons. Point differential and SOS win out in the end, and both strongly indicated Rockets would be top-6.

    The streak won’t last forever, but the odds of a rise in the standing are still far better than the odds of a fall.

    It's those losers 9-12 that should be playing in play ins

    the idea is to get it down to 8 teams for regular playoff format, in the least amt of play-in days played as possible.

    if 9-12 are play-ins, who do they play next? You're suggesting a Play-in to Play-in, no?
    And how many games/days does it take to get down to 8.

    what they came up with is the simplest, imo
    • Just need 2 days to get to Regular Format, no more than 2 games per team

    • Game 1: Teams 7 and 8 play. Winner is 7th Seed
    • Game 2: Teams 9 and 10 play. Loser is out
    • Game 3: Loser of Game 1 v Winner of Game 2. Winner is 8th seed

    Has PtDiff, and what the hell is that 1-0, 0-0, 0-1 column on the other site you're using, any how. A Yesterday column???
