STOCK MARKET: Let's talk stocks and investing

Yea was a small gamble for me. I trade on TD but am a novice when it comes to knowing what to look for when purchasing the next up and coming stock as well as the size($) of my portfolio in general. Currently sitting on $CCL(+40%) and $AAL(+70%) as my back to pre-Covid level buys for the future.

 

Any reasons why? Jumped into ZOM as well, looking for a spike in March

 

Its just another reddit SPAC pump. Treat like any other WSB gamble. Personally, I'd wait. There's no confirmation the CCIV is merging with Lucid Motors. This is all speculation.

 

I think it has 1 pop left. Maybe today AH.

 

URG is down pretty heavy today. Any idea why? Thinking about putting in a large order and selling it tomorrow. Thinking maybe Nintendo instead though - safer. Lots of sidelined cash due to the GME market scare.

I have found ER's on established companies to sometimes be unforgiving to the stock price - but who knows. I have also found bets on ER's on lesser known companies to be a pretty fun gamble - lol. I've been holding onto my Sonos for several months waiting for the ER next week.

edit: i guess i should have expected this response, pre-revenue start-up blasting rockets into space goes up; amzn beats earnings est by almost 100% and goes down lol.

 

Goog destroyed as well. The big 5 (FMAGA) with another monster quarter.

 

Sold my calls a long time ago but up 40%+ on shares in SESN @Rodman23 lulz.

Sounds like it's underperforming - you should sell. But don't take that as investment advice.
