I am all for moving pj along but I, by no means thing is he over valued. If you replace him though, it better be for someone who can guard bigs. A line up with front court of house, Tate and wood is going to get creamed by bigs

The only reason I am still in favor of starting P.J. is his three point shooting. Tate at the moment is still not a reliable shooter. To me, his strength on offense is his ballhandling ability which allows him to attack closeouts and score on occasional post ups. But because the ball is dominated by Wall and Oladipo so much in the starting lineup, Tate’s skillsets fit much better with the second unit where he will have opportunity to share some ballhandling duties. Also it is important to surround Wall with better shooting. So my optimal starting lineup is Wall-Oladipo-House-P.J.-Wood.

 

if your going to pay Dipo, i say move Tucker and Gordon. Looney, Oubre are young and would fit well with this team.

 

Tucker guards the best player on the opposing team.

 

Still a poor comparison. Brees will be a first ballot Hall of Famer. Tucker has been a complimentary player.
