Gotta think Silas has an outside shot at coach of the year right now depending on where this team finishes. I'm personally expecting a playoff miss (9th) which would put a nail in that but if we finish 6-8 he could be a dark horse candidate.

Something as simple as late game offense/defense substitution, I've never seen Dantoni do it, he just leaves his starters or whoever is in the game in even if it's a game winning defensive stop possession after a timeout. When we were playing small ball he also never sub in Tyson or hartenstein for a rebound during a late game free throw situation, literally lost a game because of this because we had pj tucker trying to get the free throw rebound and couldn't. I'm not asking for Einstein level strategy, just above peewee level adjustments.
