If Cal and Nick were truly committed to Deshaun, the charlatan would already be out of the city. It's the only way to attempt to save the Texans whether Deshaun is here or traded in April. If the problem isn't yanked it will just grow back.
Seriously... Who can look at this situation and come to the conclusion, "Deshaun needs to stay here and fix this organization". Like, this level of incompetence is so far outside his control the only sensible thing for him to do is ask to be traded.
