    So basically, it'll be Culley.

One of the knocks on Bienemy is that he hasn't produced without all world talent. Culley just...hasn't produced. Really ever.

"But he's a leader of men. Man of God."

Sounds like we're just putting the same record back on, just recorded differently.

Honest question. When was the last time that this team did not disappoint? When did they last make a good decision? Firing O’Brien I guess? But that’s really only a good decision if you replace him with something better. I guess time will tell.

Only way I could see Culley being the guy is if Deshaun is on board with him or they feel that he is the guy to convince Deshaun to stay. Tony Elliott (Clemson OC) was rumored to take the university of Tennessee HC job but didn’t get it. I wonder if a combo of Culley and Elliott could bring Deshaun back in the fold, with Tim kelley staying on staff in some capacity

Just hoping culley has talked with Deshaun and he’s happy with the selection.

firing O’Brien was a disappointment because it was way too late and did major damage. Literally set the franchise back years. The last time they made a good decision was when they picked Watson. That GM is gone and so will Watson it seems. Never thought I’d miss Rick smith.

a 65-year-old bible thumper, 27 years in the league, and never been a coordinator? Let's make head coach! We are about to get exactly what we deserve. What a bunch of r****ds. And what a god damn shame.

the only hope is that he would be OC for EB and that makes so much more sense than HC.

surprised he didn’t quote tweet it with some anecdote about how it doesn’t matter because Watson will play for all 31 other teams next year , 1 half per team. Jets get a full game.

Pancakes further showing he has zero insight on the Texans might be the only silver lining in all of this.

You know at this point, I really didn't want a retread and while Culley isn't an exciting hire, maybe he's the right hire. Lord knows getting your chance at 65, you should be ready to rock. Here's to the old guy getting a chance (from another old guy).

Why would Nick Caserio have taken the Texans’ GM position if he’s going to be neutered by Jack Easterby and Cal McNair? He could have easily stayed with a respected organization in New England until a better GM opportunity opened up.

I find it hard to believe that Caserio’s vision for his first head-coaching hire is to hire a 65 year old that has never been an offensive coordinator at the NFL level.
