Meh, "money". Couple of extra dollars a month? Nope, I'm talking about a convenience store, gas station (5 gallon cans of gas or diesel, as needed), that also sells kickass Mexican food, and has a clean bathroom if you need to take a piss. I have 2 that I stop at, one in each county, coming and going.

I understand that our worlds are completely different, and I'll leave it at that.

Tubman is very worthy to be remembered in our countrys history, even if she ate chicken off the bone. Its sad some want to use it as a political dividing tool.

Chicken - be it fried, broiled, grilled, smoked, poached, sauteed, stir fry'd or put in a soup... - is absolutely not a dividing tool.

 

My bad and myopic of me to assume everyone was in a city/suburb where these places are on every corner and grocery stores are just a mile away.

And I grew up way out in the sticks too. We just called the closest convenience store (insanely far away) the ‘little store’.

 

Oh I didn't grow up in the sticks, I grew up on the Westside of Houston, and grew crazy Inside the Loop. I choose to be in the sticks now, and highly recommend it.
