Intentionality is not needed for this to be “endangering the welfare of a child.” I have not found the DC statute for this, but include an example from Delaware (Title 11, Chap. 5, § 1102 (a)(1) ) that is basically the same as in many other jurisdictions

I can only assume he meant the daughter shared it with a friend who then posted it on Kellyanne's twitter somehow (either by guessing PW or using a device already logged in).

I can see her taking it to discuss with her husband about what to do about it. But if that is the reason, why keep it?

I won't discount the possibility the daughter did it herself. She obviously has a strained relationship with her mom, and it would be a hell of a way to stick it to her. That home needs some serious therapy, or to start a reality show and at least profit.

You have no idea why that pic is on the phone not a very good idea to do it but she might have wanted proof when the daughter was saying she was not taking those types of pics.

You and everybody else being so judgmental when you don't know the full story because of politics is sick.

The fact that you think she was just showing them around is sick.
