as a harden fan and just a fan of basketball in general, harden was amazing his first 2 games as a net. These past 4 games he has for whatever reason played like crap. It makes watching the nets BORING... because we all know harden can explode and score on any defense, he is just flat out not being aggressive. And i hate to say it. But if im a nets fan i would be pissed

The Clippers had elite offense too last year. But there was always a certain ceiling to them because they lacked a true playmaker.

The Nets would be up 20 if they had Eric Gordon over Fatman.

They lost because kawhi and pg played and shot at historically terrible levels in game 7. Quite frankly they choked. They were getting the shots they usually take and make. The problem was them shooting under 30% on them.

The nets winning or losing games won't be because harden isn't leading them in scoring or isn't the one initiating everything. If that's the primary reason why a team wins or loses, harden would have multiple championship.

Nets are going to be great at scoring most of the time no matter who is scoring. Their main problem will be defense and rebounding, not which one of the three is taking and making more shots.

Harden playing like how I hated how CP3 played in 2019.

Put your head down and get to the rim. Stop trying to pad your assist stats.

Which happend because they are both only volume scorers. Neither can playmake, that has been a problem for their offense all year. They blew a 3-1 lead for a reason, it wasnt just one game.

I disagree. If you want their offense to be the best possible version of himself, the offense needs to run through Harden. Umm,..Im nor sure what this is suppssed to mean. There have been games where Harden has been bad and we've lost in the playoffs.

Sure. But if they want to reach their full potential Harden imo needs to be the one running the offense.

If you think whats important to the nets winningis harden leading the nets in scoring or running the offense rather than defense and rebounding... Agree to disagree.

Nets offense will be great regardless of who is leading. Their defense is at worst in the nba level atm...which imo is a bigger problem than hardens ppg avg.

The Nets don't need Harden leading in scoring. they just need around 25/11 from him.

Its fun to complain about Harden when he is on another team, lol.

Has Harden even attempted a stepback yet?

We agree on the defense for sure. I just think their offense can get on another level that can make up for that defense somewhat. But Defense will be the main reason they lose for sure.

Other than his passing, one of Harden's key advantages is his ability to get to the line. If Harden is only getting 5 FTs in a game, he's either being misused or is not being aggressive enough.
