This is why I don’t he gets traded. Joe Douglas is a pretty smart guy so I doubt he gives up both 1st rounders, Darnold, Q. Williams, next years 1st rounder, etc. Jets are more than a Watson away from competing. And if Miami really has doubts about Tua I’m not sure why the Texans would want him. So trading Watson and not being in a position to draft Lawrence or Wilson doesn’t make sense. I don’t know if any other teams have a good enough package of picks and young talent to make it worthwhile.
Feeno dropping some knowledge: "you can draft 10 first round picks and never find a talent like Deshaun" That's why you have to do everything to get Trevor. That Buys you Some time for god to handle the evil in that building. Let's pray
It's weird to see people complain about the media reporting the same thing over and over. Maybe that's because nothing has changed. No one makes anyone read all the threads.
It’s the perception of “new news” when they release the same report and 10 other outlets re-tweet it, but tweak the headline to get more hits.
Dump him as in trade him, even if he signed a LT deal. A team does not have to honor your desire to stay on the team, unless they give up their leverage with a no trade clause. Anytime a team trades a player they have essentially "changed their minds". If a team can decide they want out I don't have an issue with a player doing the same.
It’s not the NBA. There’s a reason this league still thrives when Kansas City vs Buffalo is as exciting/viewed as Rams vs Jets.
every time there is a story that people dismiss as H-town hate, these passive aggressive tweets appear. Not a coincidence. Coordinated.
Easterby has to call it quits, and leave the team. That will make Watson happy. But Watson should STFU because he's getting paid really good fot him to act like a teenager.
He certainly could be under advisement from his agent.... the one he just bought a brand new car for.
I want Watson to stand up to Cal, but doing so through tweets and posts is so childish. If football is a business then be a businessman and just come out and say you want the Easter Bunny gone or you want to be traded.
