Need him to draw those fouls and get those whistles blowing. The refs completely ignore us with their whistles. Especially Gordon.

 

For good reason. I’ve been a referee and even in a game guys who complained got less attention from me. I’d be less inclined to give them the benefit of the doubt and sometimes ignore fouls.

Is EGo actually getting fouled or is he just flailing and screaming. I honestly can't tell because when Harden would draw fouls they would often show slow motion replays that clearly showed contact. Defenders would reach in on Harden all the time. I can't tell if EGo is actually getting hacked.

 

That’s not being objective, that being subjective and provides an unfair competitive disadvantage.

Reminds me a bit of Andre Miller in that you don’t understand how he gets his shot off over anyone in the league given his apparent lack of athleticism.

 

Human nature. Cannot expect referees to be disrespected. Unfair disadvantage? These guys should realise it does not help to complain every single time. A few times sure, and it’s not like I’d do it with everyone who looked at me funny. Just 1 player or 2 usually who just couldn’t let it go, started to look for fouls and let it affect their game. I’m not going to reward that. It’s their own doing. So the likes of Harden and Gordon would not be happy with me. And I give referees every right to be fed up with guys like that.

I went with MVP, because I like to hope for the best!

 

I guess we don't need a backup PG now. I'd rather give him all the minutes and see if and how much he can develop.

 

A 2nd unit of Jones and KPJ would be very interesting.

They are both heavily influenced by Harden but very different athletically.

Jones has a more mature game while Porter is more explosive.
