I was at that game. He looked like he was the heir to Hakeem that game. We were literally chanting "Cato! Cato! Cato!"

For $41 Million you can sign Christian Wood.

Kelvin Cato was playing for a roster spot. Never became anything but a poor version of Clint Capela.

Jermaine O'Neal on the Blazers is the one player I wish the Rockets could've traded for Scottie Pippen.

Jermaine O'Neal and Christian Wood are almost similar.

I remember the game too. He was absolutely dominant, running the floor like a god damn cheetah, blocking and rebounding everything and playing like he was on fire. He was never as good as he was in that game. I swear he must have sold his soul for it.

I remember that game.....I got duped in picking my username based on that performance.....all the steve_francis3, StevieFranchise, catmobley, cutinocat, usernames were all taken.......

Look here is part of an article about Cato's extension. If you notice, that performance he had was on the same day I joined Clutch City........

.....Cato has started in five of Houston’s seven games. On Oct. 15 against Cleveland, he notched a preseason triple-double with 20 points, 13 rebounds and 12 blocks in 31 minutes.

I actually remember that. Although not as momentous, I also remember the Donte Greene pre-season game where he dropped 40 points and was traded the next day as the centerpiece of a deal that got us Ron Artest. Greene was 6'11" and coming off a 40-point preseason game so I was kinda worried we were trading away a future stud, but then he went on to average under 4 points a game and it became obvious the preseason game was a fluke lol.

Cato was hungry that game. Then, he got his paycheck and that was the end of it.

I was at that game. He was so impressive that we, the fans, were literally chanting "CATO! CATO! CATO!" when he left the floor. I believe he had a triple double with blocks that game.

EDIT: Just went back through this - didn't realize it was a bump. This was apparently the third time I've said basically the exact same thing. hahaha

All I remember is that one verse in T2’s,ESG, and Slim Thug’s song where one of them says “Somebody tell Kelvin Cato we want our money back”
