Who cares what Gordon wants or thinks. He always finds something to complain about. When he becomes close to worth his salary I will be more receptive to what he thinks.
I’m still wondering when Gordon will remember how to shoot (or stop taking 30 foot shots early in the shot clock).
I thought it would be post surgery... he has improved quickness and strength but he still cannot hit 3’s and is the rare player that actually gets less savvy the older he gets. I am sick of watching him put his head down and change into multiple defenders.
Considering guys like Oladipo is demanding max contract, EG's contract is really good. The guys always show up in playoff.
I'm pissed EG still on the team. Jk But EG is def a stand up dude, yeah he complains a lot on the court but he was one of the reasons the pre Cp3 Rockets had great chemistry and had good culture. Capela, Ariza, EG, Anderson and Tucker didnt have a lot of talent but they all got along and were bffs. I guess thats part of the reason Rivers was having so much fun and committed 2 years on a min salary. Too bad it all crashed and burned just a couple yrs later.
Times changed. At the time it looked like the cap was gonna inflate even more so that contract was actually good value for an 18 ppg scorer who kept showing up in the playoffs. Now of course he is overpaid lol.
Wow, huge stats in only 30 minutes too. It's a shame because Clint dominated 29 teams and seemed to shrink only against the Warriors. No way the Rockets get beat that bad in the playoffs with Clint.
We as fans always undervalue the players on own team just like we undervalue CP3. I bet nets will be much better if they trade Joe Harris for EG + Tucker.
