Kevin Porter Jr traded to the Rockets

His last 16 games were somewhat promising. He got more minutes, averaged 16pts a game but his shooting percentage was terrible. Hopefully he worked on it some this shortened offseason.

His style looks more like Oladipo than Harden.

 

Good trade. Low risk, high reward on a young prospect with good upside. Classic Morey move pre-Harden era.

 

I honestly would react the same way or atleast I'd be mad, thats basically calling him trash and a blatant slap in the face. And 19 driving around with a gun and mary jane is a 19 yr old stupid thing to do. If he were 30 doing it I would be a bit more concerned.

 

Stone missed a HUGE opportunity to acquire a much needed big from Cavs and/or dump Clemons contract.

That is my biggest takeaway of this trade.

 

Cleveland wasn't in the bubble so he didn't exactly have a short offseason.

 

Let's hope he took advantage.

We can still go get Thon Maker for the cheap. I'm just saying the Rox want to be cheap about the situation. He would fit in with his shooting and rim protection. If we gave Boogie a chance, why not Thon Maker?

Prefer Dedmon over Thon however.

 

I think another trade is coming for sure. We have too many guards and not enough minutes to go around.

 

We can only hope this would be obvious to Stone too.

I think PJ is torn about the situation. Because we are the only team that will give him an extension. But he also wants to win a ring. At the end of the day its on PJ to choose.

 

All I know is they better give him a good locker or they'll be some furniture moving lol

 

? PJ has no say in the matter as he's an expiring contract and does not fit into the future plans for this team. Once someone coughs up the necessary picks Tucker is as good as gone.
