Eh. I wouldn’t say nothing. They can throw us James Johnson ($16M expiring), Jalen Brunson, and Josh Green. Not the best package, but not terrible either. I was just pointing out that Dallas would be interested in Dipo too.
Gotcha. I have a Mavs fan that said they’d be interested. Oladipo is already an expiring, so the entire value would be Brunson and Green. Would rather have future assets (picks) than either of them.
We Need Stars!!! We already have a STAR player....Woods! We need another star player for next year so these guys can grow together. Either Collins from Atlanta: expiring contract, does not get along with their star player and Atlanta already has his replacement Gallarini! I would give them: *ATL: Gordon, and 2nd round pick Houston: Colins and Tony Snell But it all depends if Collins want to sign and play here.....give him the MAX(31 mil) because he is going to be a All Star soon OR *Bulls: Give up Draft picks, Gordon, Oladipo and PJ Houston: Lavine OR *Heat: Oladipo Houston: Herro, IGUODALA and Precious We need Collins Herro, or Lavine to play with Woods.....all three players are going to All Stars this year or next year.
Like i said... it's based on a hypo of believing he's leaving and trying to recoup assests. If they are a clear 3 seed in the west then they may have a different calculation. They traded chris paul for role players and cap flexibility.... I'm not saying it's the case but the situation could present itself... i find it strange he's not committing and he had a history of eratic behavior...
Just to get an idea of what these teams can offer (not saying what they WILL offer): Philly - 2021 pick, 2023 pick, Maxey, Thybulle Miami - Herro, Precious, Nunn (no picks) Denver - MPJ, Hampton, 2021 Pick Atlanta - Reddish, All of their own picks GSW - Minny Pick, All of their own picks Of course there could also be a 3 team deal. Given how far Simmons has fallen, I could see that 3 team deal with Sacramento being resurrected.
Rockets very likely will be without Wood next game or more. Would be nice if Rockets had another roller/lob threat on the roster.
^^^ Just saying .... HOU - ORL - BOS - OKC (on Feb. 2nd) ORL: Exum (HOU) + POR 2021 FRP + BOS 2021 FRP BOS: PJ Tucker (HOU) OKC: House (HOU) + Edwards (BOS) + Clemons (HOU) + MIL 2022 FRP (lottery protected) HOU: A. Gordon (ORL) + George Hill (OKC) + R. Williams III (BOS) Sign Dedmon to vet min Wall - Hill - Brown Dipo - EGo - BMac Tate - Nwaba - KMart2 AGawd - RW3 - Kurucs CWood - Boogie - Dedmon @D-rock @Boston84
3 https://tradenba.com/trades/fLV0teuos 3 way PJ/AG as described 4 https://tradenba.com/trades/uCifeT3zr 4 way to include Egordon for Lavine 5 https://tradenba.com/trades/FZOJyCJuq 5 to include Oladipo to heat. Wall - Lavine - Tate - AGordon - Wood Jones - Brown - Nwaba - Achuiwa - Olynyk
Hell I don't believe there's any reason to sell low on Wall right now , especially considering where the team is now , they should have no sense of urgency to do anything other than collect assets. Give Wall the full season to rehab his value and get back into "game shape" ..... maybe he turns into a positive asset. It's really not very likely the Rockets are a playoff team over the course of his contract either , may as well ride that deal until it becomes an expiring .... where he actually has some value. It fits the teams timeline.
4?.. its a few. Its half a joke but Oladipo, Tucker, Exum, Gordon and 4 firsts for MJP, OJP, Gary Harris, Vanderbilt and Ed Davis. May need to throw in more picks actually haha
I'd give up Dipo for Lavine but why is that attractive to Bulls? Maybe before season started but he's been blowing it up.
3rd trade proposal I'd insist on at least Nunn over Silva. And not sure Suns value Tucker as much as you think.
If the Heat would give Nunn over Silva I don't think I would say no, just didn't think that was an option I guess. Tucker would make that team sick. They got Crowder to do some dirty work but Tucker's corner 3 would make that team scary. They are really close to 18 rockets team cp - cp harden - booker ariza - crowder tucker - tucker capela - ayton That bench is looking pretty tight too, parting with one of those young guys to solidify the roster and go for a chip has to be on their minds.
If that’s the case, and I believe you’re probably right, I wonder what our options look like. To me, the top tier would be MPJ and Herro, but i doubt either would be available. I wonder at what point we pass on a deal and focus on resigning guys.
Picks will be available along with another player to complete the trade. That player or players won't be anything special.
