If its not Eric B then I would go Joe Brady. Seems like Frazier and Caldwell are just awkward Rooney candidates to offer positive optics and not the best candidates for this job.

    To be fair,

All the good coaches are typically already employed.

I’m shocked they didn’t interview Doug Pederson.

I don’t know how any of these guys will do. “Good” guys may turn out to be terrible and vice versa. “Terrible” hires are great!

That said, didn’t interview Pederson, Daboll, Saleh, Martindale, Sirianni, K.Moore, Arthur Smith, O’Connell,...

Urban Meyer ... they just completely eliminated any college coaches.

Hell, go make one last Hail Mary for Sean Payton or Bill Belichick.

Leslie Frazier? Jim Caldwell? That’s so Texans.

If we put the S***show that the front office has been aside for a second, Bieniemy, Brady, Daboll and Saleh were the hot guys from around week 3 to week 14.
From Week 14- week 17 everybody was jumping on the Rams DC.

Caserio, Easterby and Leslie Frazier all have the same agent.

    Its going to be Frazier

One beautiful thing is: if the Texans hire Bienemy

    all 3 Houston head coaches

dusty, Silas and Bienemy would be African American head coaches in Houston. Tremendous amount of respect to these franchises for believing in diversity

We all thought 2020 was bad for the Texans, management saying hold my beer in 2021 with serious consideration of Leslie Frazier.

People keep saying this, but there isn't a single agent that would want his entire portfolio tied to one team like that. If there's ever a mass flushing of the toilet at NRG, LaMonte's entire income base gets flushed with it. Diversify!

LaMonte is likely a bible thumping evangelical who somehow gets to "pray" with Cal and Easterby for guidance and miraculously his clients get hired. Nope, that's not a coincidence at all. Just God's will.

I mean sure, but at the same time Frazier would get a huge pay increase and is a guy that's not exactly getting blown up with opportunities.

That's a fair point. At this point, LaMonte is probably doing cartwheels that there's a team even willing to give that guy an interview. It's mind boggling really.

This might be the first big showing of who really has the power. If Caserio has the power EB will be our coach. If Easterbunny does, then Leslie Frazier will be our coach.

I don't know why Eric Bieniemy doesn't get HC jobs but I don't think it's race. The Texans seem very likely to hire a black head coach this cycle and it might not be EB.

Either Bieniemy has been red flagged or he’s got the Texans HC job. Frazier is the only other one that would have to be kept under wraps because they’re still playing. Eberflus would’ve been announced by now. Please don’t let it be Frazier.
