    "In 2005, sports psychologists Russell Hill and Robert Barton conducted a study examining the effect of the color red... 55% of bouts were won by the competitor in red and in closely fought bouts the percentage rocketed to 62%. Their research found that both male and female athletes in red scored significantly higher in aggression and dominance than the athletes in blue or grey."

    Pretty sure this was a Sloan Sports segment too. I know it's covered in Freakonomics. And the effect has been demonstrated in repeated studies. Morey would not have allowed these beta baby blue jerseys for a full season. It's a competition, not a fashion show.

    I gotta say...i rlly wish the city jerseys are the houston ones from the hakeem era..in fact i wish those were our permanent jerseys...but if we cant hv those then i think im good no longer seeing the baby blue ones...the red or the black unis look better imo

    The league needs to tone back the ridiculous branding for these uniforms. Orlando is orange, Dallas is gold, and Miami is whatever the hell theyre wearing down there.

    I miss the simplicity of the 2000s era. White home set, colors on the road, and an alt.

    We don’t got to much going for us right now from an entertainment standpoint the blue jerseys at least begin to gauge interest.

    I hate these baby blue uniform and court. Seeing Boogie and Ben makes me think i'm watching a Kings game. We should have modernized the 96 uniforms with navy blue and red accents. Court with white stars over navy blue on it again.

    I don’t like the blue and didn’t realize it was going to be every other game. I was expecting 1-2 all season. It’s disorienting and if it’s supposed to be a tribute to the Oilers it just fills me with rage since Bud Adams is one of the few people I’ve truly hated in my life. If we keep wearing these crap uniforms, Tillman will make the jump into Bud’s category.

    Bring back red—preferably championship red, but I’ll settle for Chinese red. Just end the blue.

    Now, get off my lawn you young whipper-snappers.
