I just don't think the Nets are close to the Cavs at all, or other lottery bound teams out there. They're just not good enough - talent wise or chemistry wise. It's just a crazy situation that I don't think can be fixed honestly.
Best thing for Rockets fans is for the Nets to implode. Best case scenario Harden leaves in 2022 via trade or declines player option. Maybe that's what he meant by paying his debts lol but damn that's still a lot of talent between the three
I bet he was trying to get Kyrie in the game. Kyrie’s head not in it. He was building a house out there.
The Nets haven't really dominated any team, probably a chemistry thing as they are not close to the fear other superteams have imposed on the NBA. All these games were super close and only one against another contending team, the Bucks. I still think Kyrie will be the downfall of that team.
Love it! Let the implosion begin. We should all root for harden and the nets to fail. This allows us to have higher first round picks.
Their defense is not going to get it done. It's easy to break down whatever defense they have. Cant rely on Jordan to be the last line of defense either. He is low IQ player. Not sure how much assets they have to upgrade but if not then they will need to trade Kyrie for defense and tough role players around Harden and Durant.
Well if ever they needed a slap across the face to talk sense into them about getting rid of Kyrie. That game was absolutely it.
Imagine having Harden and Durant on the floor in crunch time. And Joe Harris on the perimeter. And you just shoot contested mid/long range 2s by yourself.
Unfortunately I chose a different career. What's ur point. I think I'm just sad this rockets team crashed so quickly. Fuxk do?!?
Harden should just shed some real weight. Kyrie must be traded, there is no way around it. We shall see.
The issue is how much value does he have? One ESPN insider said that Kyrie's value was all over the place. Some GMs don't want to touch him while some GMs still see him as a superstar. I just don't see it working with Kyrie. I know people think it is biased but I've said it before they got Harden too. It's just not a match and Harden does everything Kyrie does but better. It would be like if the Nuggets traded for Vucevic...you go "Ah, that's nice...but is there a reason for them to have a lesser Jokic on the team?"
Play him sporadic minutes. One thing is for sure, they miss Lavert and Allen. Durant won't survive 40 minutes a game.
Here we go again lol aint that what Houston did trading for CP? This man just needs to accept he has to play basketball in conventional way to win big, playing defense, running offball, boxing out, rotating. Now they have him, Kyrie and DAntoni on the bench I expect their defense to be shaky at best
