I do give him credit for being able to get to the line so much with his height and frame he’s turned up a little in this game so far
Yea, Sexton also a very active on ball defender. Not saying Kyrie can't beat him off the dribble, but KD or Harden probably had better Cavs matchup.
The question of who takes the shot isn't a big deal to me... But not passing it and not running anything but simply dribble iso and shoot or pass off at the last seconds of the clock is not ideal. Surprising overturn.
The idea for this type of superpowered team is to have few of these clutch situations due to big leads. Harden, Irving, and Durant should end the season averaging less than 35 minutes a game. We'll see.
Harden purposefully missed that stepback 3 so that he has 5 minutes of OT to get a triple double in another Nets win. Harden big brain.
You wouldn't be saying that if he made it. He had a good matchup and just about missed it.... and was shooting the 3pt shot well. Kyrie has shot more questionable shots in the final quarter. The person who should have the last possession was Durant.
That's definitely true. It's been argued that even great teams winning games decided by 5 or less is less a matter of skill and more chance.
If Im going to be watching these bk games, im thankful Ian, Kustok and Jefferson aren't annoying. I thought Jefferson was going to be annoying but he has been surprisingly good.
