She's a press secretary. I doubt we'll see transparency and truth, but I feel certain we'll be a lot closer to it than we have in 4 years.
I don’t expect to know everything when theres national security concerns but it’ll be nice having a administration that at least lives in the same reality as the rest of us.
The press was the problem tho. That's the only difference I could see. Oh, okay, one of the press secretaries told outright lies and told the press what they should be doing instead of reporting facts... But otherwise same.
That literally brought tears to my eyes. Notice she never called Republicans "human scum" or referred to anyone as a "gutless loser" like her disgraceful predecessors in the Trump administration did Democrats and Democratic voters. I know Biden will be tested, as all presidents are, and he will disappoint from time to time, but the man his hit it out of the park on Day 1 and I couldn't be more impressed. Bravo Joe. Bravo!!!
Okay I do have a bone to pick with her, as a professional speaker she said uh way too much like five times a sentence. It was an annoying rhythm I could not listen to her. But I will grant her that it's her first day and a very very difficult job which you cannot make any mistakes so I understand her thinking while she's talking. Hope she gets better.
I'm sure the questions about what fashion designer dress Kamala was wearing to the Inauguration or how hard Joe Biden is working to unite the country and how he stood up to everyone (no one famous or jetsetting) to get us back in the Paris Climate Accords and the softball Vogue covers and pictures with Bono, JLo, Lady Gaga and Tom Hanks will definitely be very difficult for her to handle. Back to softball media for Democrats which has been the case for most of the last 100 years.
