Atlas trading on discord and buysellshort are some of the ones I keep an eye on to see what's being pumped. There's a bunch of fake show/movie character named ones on twitter too. ex. Zack Morris. Buysellshorts been busted by SEC before for pumping on seekingalpha. His whole strategy is take a penny stock in the sector that's booming, see if a PR or something is coming, then start pumping. For example, TSLA moons, his tweet: FRSX is a value play! they are also in autonomous driving. should be easily over $1!!!! Few weeks later some PR drops about FRSX has done something, it peaks a little, people chase, then he goes BOOM. MENTIONED IT WHEN IT WAS 50CENTS!
