    He’s decorated with ineffective communication and only knows insult, condescending and obtuse mannerisms but I’m done with him ...permanently ignored and anyone that brings it up again will be ignored as well. Going forward I’m not dealing with people that are crass when disagreeing with me ...I need to just discuss things with people that are respectful and they get the respect back
