WTF happened to the NY Knicks? At one point, they were 5-3.

Up 20+ pts on the Celtics. Maybe Brooklyn getting all the attention got these guys going?

Randle is having a breakthrough year, averaging 23.2 + 10.5 + 6.7 per game with decent efficiency.

Love to see those bad teams win games, which gives us a lot of cushion to win some more games.

Luka was the favorite to win MVP, but if his team doesn’t start playing way better, then hell nah

Stone can do him a favor by sending him some help. Tim Hardaway Jr. + two unprotected FRPs, Oladipo is yours.

Watching the Nuggets pre-game shoot around. Jokic looks slim.

I know folks want Wood to bulk up but if staying slim means he keeps his speed and agility, that may be the way to go. League is more fitness now. Between that and tic-tack fouls, Durant and Anthony Davis's bean pole body type may be body goals.

As people get older and metabolism slower, it's harder to slim down than to bulk up with muscles (and fat).

Anthony Davis was extremely slim once he entered the league but he's somewhat brolic now. Good genetics. Christian Wood appears to be a true string bean. Definitely can muscle up a bit more but he can still handle his own as is

Yea AD is 'thicker' than he was first in the league. I'm not a sports scientist (or a physicist), conventional wisdom seems to be that bulking will help him down low banging with the bigs. Few things in life is actually free. If you have more mass, I don't know if that comes at a cost to a guy's first step or lateral movement. Seems like speed is much valued in modern NBA, especially speedy bigs. Not saying Wood has to defend a guard, but if he gets a 2-guard or a 3-forward and if he can stay with that opponent for a reasonable number of dribbles and steps, it's a premium defensive skill.
