Yes. As the 6th man from the bench. An important role, Nur quite different from his current role with the Nets. He did not come to Brooklyn to come from the bench like in OKC or like Manu G.
His teammates scored 75 percent off his passes. Basically 75 percent of his passes were assists. That is pretty good in anyone’s language considering outside of Green and Durant ( 8 years ago) that was the first time he played with his new teammates without even a single practice session
I wanted to emphasize that the Rockets organization didn't limit his use of words to 20 words per interview. At least didn't know they were language nazis.
I enjoyed watching Harden go off in the regular season, I didn't however enjoy him flaming out in the playoffs. Who cares, he didn't want to be here and now he's with some other team. Good bye and good riddance, just like Patrick Beverly, you appreciate what they bring to the table when they're here but I won't root for him off my team. Glad I never got any of his shoes, I collect plenty of sneakers but Hardens? Nah no thanks, I actually enjoy playing defense.
Must be such an huge relief for him to kick to open shooters and they actually make shots. Joe Harris and KD already best shooters he's ever played with.
Best 1-2 in the league. If Kyrie doesn't derail them... multiple titles. The game comes so easy to those 2. Sigh.
The butthurt here will be pretty strong when he's in the finals and leads the league assists while averaging 30 points. Harden is the best passer since magic. He's just never had great players to pass it to on the rockets.
no defense. No bench. They beat sorry ass Orlando. They will prob try to blow out a lot of teams. That will catch up with them against better teams.
For real, I have to say: it's amazing to watch an athlete carry that much extra weight into an NBA game, against some of the world's most fit athletes, and dominate however he chooses to dominate. Harden is special, love him or hate him. Doesn't have that extra killer gear, right, true, but something very unique in hoops.
