The defense was good. 103 pts on 40 percent shooting. Spurs just hit some timely shots at the end when it counted. I’ve definitely need a primary ball handler in Wall or Dipo because Gordon would’ve made matters just as worst with his handles
Wouldn't break my heart....just put him in a different uniform and put him on the 3 pt. line...he's like a light post, he's not leaving there even when the ball is clearly going inside or opposite side from him, he doesn't even move to like secure an offensive rebound. HUGE liability on offense...all he has is the corner 3...that's it pretty much.Like to see a youngster in here who will buy into trying to move the team forward. I have some serious doubt about PJ having that mindset and I've been a PJ fan in the past.
Problem with Tucker on the offensive board is he gets his hands on rebound but has fish grease on them. That guys fumbles more offensive rebounds than I can count. I don’t understand it
This game just affirmed to me that the Rockets are full on tanking this year. I was hoping we would try emulate last season's Thunder and build our current player's value, but I feel like Rockets FO wanted a loss. Rockets didn't want Tate to lead another 4th quarter comeback. Oh well, Jones looked good. I think we may have found a keeper.
Haha right! Tucker is night and day when he has tired legs. Guy should really be playing 20-25 minutes a game, had no legs on those bricked threes. Tate got gameplaned and became frustrated...
I am actually surprised how well they pass...relatively speaking of course... the clinic still needed...FT clinic and 3pt shooting clinic
Bro I don't think Silas talked to Tate before the game and told him to play the worst 25 mins of his life.
I watched him a lot at Arkansas and he could take over a game at times....he did against my Tigers . Was surprised that he hadn't gotten more PT and started slowly. He can be a real asset when he hits his stride. Look forward to watching him progress.
Not saying that, but with Tate we know we have something, so why treat him like a 10th man with little trust when he will be a huge part of this rebuild. Gotta give him minutes to play through it. He already proved that he can lead the team past them just 48 hours prior. He's also the only one that can play a two man game with Wood.
You think the NBA and that alien f$&k commissioner are going to let the ping pong ball come up for us?
