What comprises an NBA player's physical? Is it like, a full body scan + blood test (CBC + differential) and like, a neuro test? I tried searching for it, and I can't find anything conclusive.
Well... most fire departments do a very thorough job in doing a physical when taking in new employees. NBA teams probably do the same considering how much of the job is physical.
I would have thought that the trade would be an automatic failure, in that every side would remain on their team (Levert a Net, Harden a Rocket) until health is 100% okay or if the teams are able to renegotiate for other players. Interesting that this isn't the case.
This makes the Trade worth it on humanitarian reason alone This could have been missed if not for the trade Hoping and Praying for the best for Mr. Levert Rocket River
Indiana did renegotiate for more assets and apparently, it was originally 2 trades, making him a Rocket, but somehow the trade got retroactively converted to a single trade, so BKN could give IND the 2RP. being that it's a 2RP to satisfy IND, that's a good sign the diagnosis is on the minor side of possibilities, after all, Sean Elliott had his two best seasons after the trade, and didn't really miss a beat in same season of trade.
Wow, well maybe it is a blessing he was traded, if he stayed on the same team I am not sure if they would do a thorough physical each year. Get well soon.
Yeah but he correctly identified Levert is always an injury waiting to happen. Dude's locked up for the next 5 years.
Whatever they found I hope it’s either nothing or have a good way to fix it up. That sounds scary and I’m sending healing vibes to Caris.
yeah but there’s now way a physical can detect a kidney mass UNLESS the person is having some kind of pain I believe. Maybe blood test might have shown something.
Since it was edited to be one trade instead of two how does that factor into the Rockets being able to trade Victor? Its being a separate trade meant he could be dealt on his own.
The Pacers ownership and GM is decent... let’s put it this way, do you think Tilman would have accepted a deal like this? Although part of it is the Pacers want Oladipo off their roster.
