Yeah, ridiculous that we have this veneer of conservatism in TX when, if it were to come to a vote, legalizing would be passed by a landslide. I don't smoke and I'm all for it. I don't know a soul who is against it.

Well they can legally sell hemp flower now so long as they have proper paperwork that their buds are under .3% THC they are good -- they can be tested at any time so I doubt any are selling high THC weed (intentionally). All the other cannabinoids are legal and the buds look and smell like something out of an old High Times magazine -- how they keep the THC so low and the CBD so high is a real mystery.
