To get to where he is now, he has
* Lied on his resume about his position at the Jacksonville Jaguars
* Come in as a Chaplain and moved into an Executive position
* Part of the Bill O'Brien saga that decimated the Houston Texans
*Undermined "executives and decision-makers, including the head coach who helped bring him to Houston."
* Omar Khan was all but signed for the Texans' GM position, until Easterby went to Cal McNair's house
*"Fostering a culture of distrust among staff and players"
*"Advocating for a trade of star receiver DeAndre Hopkins soon after arriving"

DESHAUN WATSON

The Houston Texans need a dramatic cultural shift and star QB Deshaun Watson has alluded to this fact time and time again.

Watson was disappointed with how "some things never change...." and liked a tweet that “an organization that’s not connected at the top will crumble at the bottom.” The timing of the like also coincided with the hiring of Nick Caserio.

The Houston Texans cannot afford to have Mr Easterby stay onboard, especially with the turmoil and repeated missteps that both he and Bill O'Brien took with the Texans franchise. The cultural shift needs to start now and the fans need to take a step forward.

SACK EASTERBY - THE CONCEPT

The initial concept was to take out a full page ad in the Houston Chronicle outlining Mr Easterby's indiscretions. However, the team felt the cost out-weighed the benefits, we are currently in a digital age and the cost of developing a website, and subsequent reach would be far greater than taking out a full-sized ad in the Houston Chronicle.

The entire process will be transparent in here now and following that on the website.

CONCLUDING STATEMENT
We, the City of Houston and fans of the Houston Texans deserve better than a struggling chaplain in an attempt to keep his job safe and his very dubious past.

If people donate and we can't get the assistance above, the money will go towards that, and any excess funds will be disbursed to Texas Children's Hospital.
