Judging from the Kerry war service debate I suppose there will be some calling these sisters cowards for not staying to fulfill their service.

No, they are now doing the same thing Bush did and serving at a much safer, non combat location. Of course they earned it according to the rules and will probably serve the full length of their sign up, unlike Bush, and they won't be able to get their parents to pull strings so they get better assignments ahead of others.

It is their decision...They served, and I applaud them for that and am sorry for their loss...at least I know where they stand. Unfortunately Kerry is the amazing shift-postioner who can confuse and amaze more leftys than Rasputin on crackrock...

Bush is the king of flip flopping. He flip flops so much, he must be double jointed. For every item on this list, there is a press release from whitehouse.gov documenting the flip flop.

Bush is against campaign finance reform; then he's for it.

Bush is against a Homeland Security Department; then he's for it.

Bush is against a 9/11 commission; then he's for it.

Bush is against an Iraq WMD investigation; then he's for it.

Bush is against nation building; then he's for it.

Bush is against deficits; then he's for them.

Bush is for free trade; then he's for tariffs on steel; then he's against them again.

Bush is against the U.S. taking a role in the Israeli Palestinian conflict; then he pushes for a "road map" and a Palestinian State.

Bush is for states right to decide on gay marriage, then he is for changing the constitution.

Bush first says he'll provide money for first responders (fire, police, emergency), then he doesn't.

Bush first says that 'help is on the way' to the military ... then he cuts benefits

Bush-"The most important thing is for us to find Osama bin Laden. Bush-"I don't know where he is. I have no idea and I really don't care.

Bush claims to be in favor of the environment and then secretly starts drilling on Padre Island.

Bush talks about helping education and increases mandates while cutting funding.

Bush first says the U.S. won't negotiate with North Korea. Now he will

Bush goes to Bob Jones University. Then say's he shouldn't have.

Bush said he would demand a U.N. Security Council vote on whether to sanction military action against Iraq. Later Bush announced he would not call for a vote

Bush said the "mission accomplished" banner was put up by the sailors. Bush later admits it was his advance team.

Bush was for fingerprinting and photographing Mexicans who enter the US. Bush after meeting with Pres. Fox, he's against it.

Bush refuses to declassify thousands of Clinton-era documents for 9/11 commission

Bush agrees to allow 9/11 commission to review Clinton documents

I guess this *abbreviated* list of Bush flip flops was too much for a crack addled person to handle.

Kerry left Vietnam after 4 months which he was entitled to because under Navy rules he could leave early if he had been wounded three times. Many have accused him of cowardice for not staying in Iraq for his full year service.

Keep in mind Kerry had a very safe posting his first tour and actually volunteered to take the extremely dangerous posting of river patrol boat commander.

You forgot to mention the latest that Baathists wouldn't have a place in post Saddam Iraq and now they are trying to get them to join the occupation government.

Actually the sisters actions were taken for the same reasons George Bush had to quit flying, their commander thought their presence would increase the danger to their unit. With the ladies it was the additional attention, with Bush, it was because he was found unfit to fly. Unfortunately, the Bushies have managed to hide the required report that is filed after one is found unfit to fly as required by rules and regulations of the National Guard at that time.
