No, they are now doing the same thing Bush did and serving at a much safer, non combat location. Of course they earned it according to the rules and will probably serve the full length of their sign up, unlike Bush, and they won't be able to get their parents to pull strings so they get better assignments ahead of others.

Kerry left Vietnam after 4 months which he was entitled to because under Navy rules he could leave early if he had been wounded three times. Many have accused him of cowardice for not staying in Iraq for his full year service. Keep in mind Kerry had a very safe posting his first tour and actually volunteered to take the extremely dangerous posting of river patrol boat commander.
You forgot to mention the latest that Baathists wouldn't have a place in post Saddam Iraq and now they are trying to get them to join the occupation government.
Actually the sisters actions were taken for the same reasons George Bush had to quit flying, their commander thought their presence would increase the danger to their unit. With the ladies it was the additional attention, with Bush, it was because he was found unfit to fly. Unfortunately, the Bushies have managed to hide the required report that is filed after one is found unfit to fly as required by rules and regulations of the National Guard at that time.
