    im suprised b.j. johnson wasnt drafted. if i remember right he was the #2 or #3 guy coming out of his highschool year. rated even higher then roy williams.

    maybe he can make something out of the NFL.

    Carlos Francis was one of those typical Al Davis WR picks (think younger Ismail brother). Carlos is fast, did well in the combine, and did track and field throughout high school and during some of his stay at Texas Tech.
    We were suprised he went in the 4th round. Most people were thinking more along the lines of a 6th round pick.

    Let's wait on Selvin Young. Dumbass should have gone to Oklahoma. He liked the mar1juana in Austin better I suppose. He needs to wait on Cedric Benson to get out of there.


    I want to know what the hell ever happen to William Kennard. He was one of the two best rushers in the 98 season. It was him, and Quitten Griffin. They were the two best rushers in the Houston area.

    So that's why he's called Stoney?

    Anyways, he had put on too much mass last year and slowed down, but he looked quicker in the spring game. He's probably not going to get much PT this year, plus Hardeman is coming on, but they need to get him on the field. For some reason I think Bryant Westbrook...maybe just because of their builds, but Selvin's might get drafted as an all-purpose back if he does well in the combines.

    I went to elementary school with Paul Janish. If he stayed in the neighborhood that he lived in, he would have been a Falcon instead of a Cougar.
