Absolutely a fan. Which is why I'm calling out the reason we're failing and continue to get worse. It wont get better until there's an ownership change.

Someone driven by ego with 0 basketball acumen took over and now we're all paying the price for it.

LOL, why? You're wrong, and laughably so.

Morey quit on the team due to being overruled by Fertitta in an effort to appease Harden.....so essentially Harden caused Morey to quit by demanding the team be destroyed by flipping CP3 for his buddy Westbrick, the worst contract in the league.

MDA was part of the problem, he needed to go.

Westbrick is the worst contract and one of the most detrimental players in the league to whatever team he's on. The minor miracle that they were able to dump that garbage on another team was a sign that the FO is pretty damn good.

Screech about the bad Landry's man all you want, but it's pretty transparent your reasons for doing so. I'll continue to pull for the franchise just the same.

Once Harden is dealt there will not be another star who signs here as long as Tilman is the owner. Players want to win.

It's just that he's one of those people who hate the owner more than they like the team. I wish him well and hope he follows Harden wherever he goes.

Well Westbrook left because of Harden. Paul is gone because of Harden. MDA didnt like that they traded Paul he's been unhappy since then. Lets not ignore Harden's part in this and NEVER being able to get along with another star whether we are successful with them or not. Its not just tillman being cheap a lot of this is on Harden.

How is that moving the goalpost?

You said Lebron James team got clowned on...in the finals. I think making the finals is a huge accomplishment, Lebron never gave up on that team, especially in that finals series. He played his heart out and they lost...in the Finals, to a historic team. How can this be spun into a bad thing?

    ????

Dude stop. You're emotional. Tillman got rid of Morey. Morey knew that he wasn't going to be able to go into the luxury tax to continue to make moves and Tllman wasn't going to pay a premium for head coaches anymore either. Which is why MDA didn't get a deal. This is why you have two cheap newbies at HC & GM. The Morey/Harden era is done. It's the Fertitta show now. hopefully he upgrades this midget roster.

No, Morey got rid of Morey. After Harden destroyed the team he built, he was done. He didn't want to start over and he didn't even know how he'd go about doing so given that he was stuck with a scrub player on the worst contract in the NBA. Stone pulled off a miracle to dump it.

The new GM has done an amazing job thus far to keep the roster competitive, but he's being sabotaged by Harden being a POS.

This is what you said about Lebron.

There is a reason Lebron doesn't find himself in situations where his team is getting clowned on like this. He'd never put his team in this situation in the first place.

It has happened 3 times pretty much every place he has left.

    Goalpost torn down.

Welcome to the Tilman era. A decade+ of embarrassment.

Basically, yes. They left due to Harden destroying their team. Now Harden is trying to leave because he destroyed the team. He's basically the cancer that killed the team.

I'm disappointed, but not mad. I see it through the following lens: Imagine you have a job where the whole company depends on you not just being good, or even great, but HISTORIC levels of performance to even try to get to where everyone wants to go. And if/when you aren't historic, you take all kinds of criticism and insults.

At some point, regardless of how much you are paid, you're not going to want the burden. Human nature. Reports are he turned down a $50 million per year extension, so this clearly isn't about money. Not that it matters now, but Tilman should have paid to keep the 65 win team together. Yes, that includes the Ariza overpay. If that team couldn't do it the next year, then make the big changes.

They all left because of ownership and the toxic situation around the organization.
