    I finally got around to watching both seasons. I really enjoyed the show. it was a good ride.

    I'll spoiler even though we probably shouldn't need to by this point...
    He did have the dark saber, but he's not a Jedi. He's not going to be able to use the thing to deflect blaster bolts, which means he would have to get through all their fire to get close enough to slice them up. Sure, he's got beskar armor, but that stuff doesn't cover every square inch of his body, and they likely wouldn't eventually wear him down before he could slice and dice them all.

    Honestly, because it was shot like a Western, it had a very FireFly vibe to it.

    1st season was episode 7 and 2nd was episode 8.

    I agree. Two scenes that I immediately thought: Firefly
    • Mando landing the crippled Razor Crest on the dock, reminded me of Serenity (the spacecraft). and actually, there are a lot of scenes of Razor Crest that reminded me of Serenity. (RIP Razor Crest)
    • The chase scene in the Bill Burr episode, reminded me of the chase seen at beginning of Serenity.
