I honestly wanted the Team to rebuild during the 2018 Season. Chris Paul Out of Shape, Injury Year.

We had a real shot with Paul but he got his panties in a knot when Paul would get on him about standing around when he didn't have the ball. Funny how that's still an issue and yet he wants everybody to be ok with it.

He just didn't want to be anywhere that didn't want him. Heard rumors, found out from his agent and proceeded like a pro. Unlike Harden.

If you switch Harden out for a lot of other stars in this league this team would be instantly better. Hell... if you switched Harden for Luka the team would improve. Luka didn't even have his star teammate in the post but still came out and outplayed Harden.

Doesn't matter if the shooters were here Harden still not committed enough on both sides of the floor consistently enough. This loser has to go play with Lebron... CP3 was good enough he just got hurt. Harden needs to play with a true leader that's still a star who is also an smart alpha personality. Harden won't get along with them but he would get put in his place and they would help hide his weaknesses. CP3 just got hurt unfortunately then father time came in.

 

Westbrook is also hardheaded. He won't slowdown and play the game effectively and efficiently enough in the crucial moments/possessions of the game. He wants everything to go his way and won't sacrifice what really matters at the end of the day to truly win championship.

The Rockets needed a Backup Point Guard to take a load off Chris Paul and James Harden. The Rockets never got PG the Heavy Minutes Fatigued them and caused a Injury to Chris Paul.

 

And yet still a worse leader than James Harden ever was.... How profound.

I really believe a younger CP3 that doesn't get hurt paired with prime Harden would have been flat out unstoppable.

 

False Harden is not a leader... at least Wall exhibits leadership qualities he just not as talented a player.

 

False... There are multiple ways to lead.... You just prefer Wall's style and his style of leadership has led to SIGNIFICANTLY inferior results.

 

This is false... Cp3 getting hurt was no surprise... It had nothing to do with a backup... He got hurt multiple times that year and multiple times the following season... And has had an injury prone career prior to joining Houston.

Last year was an outlier... Maybe he got in better shape, but it was also a lot of luck.

 

This is a very very bad equivalency of Wall's leadership style with results

PJ Tucker is 5 times a leader Harden is, but he's obviously not carrying a team on his back.
