you can win with him. You cant win with harden Until he learns to fit into an offe se and gives his all on both sides of the court

 

Harden is the offense. Just like Luka and Lebron. Harden should have the ball. Run 5 out like we have for years let Harden run the show. That offense is elite. Unfortunately the HC has lost his fuxking mind and can’t coach anymore or maybe never has been able to IDK. I do know that the offense he is trying to establish is absolutely garbage.

New coach, new players, abridged camp/preseason, injuries and COVID protocols, back to back games against defending champs.

This was a recipe for a rocky start. Any player who is committed to the team would get that and persevere. Harden wasn’t committed, which everyone already knew.

yep bingo, thats one of the reasons luka and dennis smith jr clashed their first season together and dennis smith is probably gonna be out of the league. Harden and Lebron are the prototype... these athletic guards with suspects jumpers are going the way of the dinosuar. lin, wall, westbrick, dennis smith jr. a lot of these guys with their skillsets will be bench players in 10 years maybe sooner. Derrick Rose didnt last long, and its looks like Ja Morant wont last long either

But, Wood cannot play defense. Yeah, his offense is great.... but it's pointless if you're soft in the paint and can't defend.

 

Kevin Mchale was an awful coach but at least he was smart enough to know you let Harden work. Let’s not forget Silas not only wasn’t the owners pick he wasn’t the players pick either. He was literally a middle ground option.

 

I agree the team doesn’t look good in any capacity right now, but what he said is also true. It has only been 9 games, new coach, new system, disgruntled super star, if it continues this way we won’t make the playoffs, but it has only been 9 games.

The last thing you want to do is panic and trade harden for less than he’s worth. You can afford to wait till the right deal comes along even if it costs you a season. What we get back for harden will effect this franchise for the next 5-10 years.

 

I disagree. Its about getting more talent around him. If ive said it once ive said it a thousand times. Systems dont win, players do.

Wall was on a team that started 2-8, then won 49 games, and was one quarter away from playing in the ecf. That's why he still believes

 

athletic pg's dont fit todays game anymore. With how fast paced and analytically the game is now. The most important skill is SHOOTING

 

Problem is that Harden had his foot out the door prior to the season starting. I mean it's understandable that Harden is frustrated. Hell I am frustrated watching this mess. He's speaking out of pure emotion of not wanting to be here anymore.
