i believe he said this in reference to the 25th amendment, and was referencing Biden. one assumes this is a reference to Biden's cognitive state, but who knows? also, Trump is not a member of congress.
Why was Trump telling Biden "be careful what you wish for" after talking about the 25th amendment? I don't recall Biden even mentioning the 25th amendment. Wasn't it Nancy and Congress and the media who brought that up? And, Trump is implying that Biden is going to get caught in the 25th amendment trap? No...because Biden is civil and doesn't talk fiery BS to stir up those who pucker up and kiss his ass. Everyone except you loses an election and moves on.
