Some apartment in midtown with your niece. Your niece already asked me to help them move and shed pay me in beer and shots, but for every shot I took, shed take one too.
Why not combine some of these hobbies instead of only having one theme in your room? Doing one or two aquarium walls would work well with a gaming room and give a chill vibe. Maybe a couch+TV, then reef tanks on the side which give off am awesome blue or purple colour? That way you can also just chill on the couch while looking at the fishtanks or reading a book.
@ROXRAN needs to invest in a really go dehumidifier if he goes this route. Also make sure everything is video tapes to avoid any misunderstandings.
Consider downsizing - that is what we are thinking about, buying some land and getting a smaller home......we have similar situation 4 bedrooms - and and office, both boys out in a couple of years....don't need such a big house. DD
Would but my wife has her craft business and I have my lawn business that is doing pretty well so I think we’re going to keep our large house at least for the next 10 years and then will downsize
