Breaking 1-06-21: MAGA terrorist attack on Capitol

I sincerely hope that "attendee of Capitol riot" is referring to people who broke into the Capitol building, and doesn't simply mean all attendees of the protest outside the Capitol building. That would be pretty scary, from a civil rights standpoint, if merely attending a protest puts you on a No Fly list.

Call it whatever you like, people have a constitutional right to free assembly and should not be placed on a No Fly list as a result of it. Again, hoping to see some clarification on the criteria for being placed on the list.

This is ludicrous. Entering the capitol building forcefully is at the very least trespassing and should not be considered a constitutional right to free assembly.

By the way, the US Attorney called this a coup. I guess you disagree with him. It was not just organized, but you had people with zip ties hunting for Nancy Pelosi. Is that "free assembly?"

And here I thought for years that @durvasa was one of the most fair and a poster with one of the most sense on this board. I feel betrayed.

 

I agree that not every protestor should be on a No Fly list. I wasn't aware that was the case.
