    They probably don't even have 8000 fans there why do they need so many cameras?

    That's ok, because it seems like they're capturing the video on the camera and wirelessly transmitting it back to their trucks at 1080p and then upconverting it to 4k.

    Extremely few broadcast stations can broadcast in 4K..much less 8k. You can stream 4K, but good luck finds much over the air.

    There are about 1,800 TV stations in the U.S. and only about 60 of them have the capability to broadcast in 4K. It's a huge changeover, much like HD which began in the mid-90s and didn't fully convert until around 2010. It will take several years for 4K broadcasts to be the standard because the changeover is extremely expensive.

    Those endzone shots did look great. Loved the blurred backgrounds. Seemed like it was video shots for NFL films.
