Even in his prime he only has two moves basically. A straight line drive for a floater/layup/alley oop or step back 3. Now he’s struggling to get by his defender 1 on 1 and has no lift in his step back 3s. You can blame it all on Silas and he deserves some blame but Harden had a prolonged slump under MDA too and I think age is finally starting to catch up to him. He no longer has the ability to produce consistently throughout the entire season.

i just hope we're able to get a couple of role players who move off the ball and show up to film session on time.

    44-17 without wall
34-8-8 without wall in three quarters
33-6-8 against the kings when he had the ball for the fourth quarter.. real washed up.Had 20-9-6 on 50 percent shooting while being played as a decoy

see the pattern. When he has the ball he is still a machine.. when Silas has wall out there he wants harden to be tim hardaway junior and Wall Luka.

It's not that he's washed, it's that he doesn't care. At all.

The lazy excuse for a player that he is today is in no way representative of what he could be if he was a better person.

pretty much this, this season is all about featuring wall to boost his trade value and ship him out. Sucks for harden

Silas and Harden's heart are to blame. Father Time has him scheduled on the calendar, but not for a while.

Imagine watching Harden play those first 2 games without Wall and thinking he was washed.

Like seriously, imagine having that 'brain' lol.

Harden’s historic scoring was clearly a product of a system designed to maximize his production.

Silas is trying to implement a system that is less predictable and exploits multiple options. This is the right choice for the team, long term, in my opinion. I think we should be patient and not get too low when we lose to very good teams.

He's not washed. The Rockets are pairing him with stars at the wrong position. They're simply better when Harden is running the point. Trade Wall. Not Harden. Upgrade the SF/PF position. Harden has proven to be able to lead a team to the playoffs on his own. Stop pairing him with ball dominant guards unless they're coming off the bench. Harden could be proving a point and I'm good with that. He's one of the greatest players of all time. People need to show him more respect.

He’s uninterested. Just trade him already. If he’s unwilling to commit to our future then there is ZERO reason to trade assets to help him here

    Honestly. . . .
    This is UTAH isht
    This is Denver isht
    This is Atlanta isht
    This is Portland isht
This is OKC last year isht
This is teams that look good on paper. . . . all season . . . . . make some noise in the playoffs.
We were a step above them . . . even if we did not win championships
    People EXPECTED more of us . . . ..
now we are not. . . we strive to be just like them

Because making Harden playing off the ball is GREAT COACHING.

Why is it Silas fault. Harden is out of shape, not into playing and wants a trade. Harden has been exposed over the past several years when the game counts and this just shows he's checked out already. I can't wait for Harden to be traded for pieces that can fit into this system. The main issue is I don't think we will compete once Harden is gone as history has shown. Players that are traded from their long time team when they are still playing at a high level usually leave their previous organization in shambles for years (Barkley traded from 76ers, Iverson traded from 76ers, Kwahi traded from the Spurs, Carmelo traded from Denver). It rarely works out.

if Harden isn’t averaging at least 30 and putting up a dominant statline every night, then he’s “washed”

but these will be the same people that want to trade him for Ben Simmons and would be jumping up and down with joy if Ben had a 20 and 9 game saying he balled out...

So u can’t wait for Harden to be traded for pieces that fit this system (whatever system that is) even tho the organization will be in shambles for years? What’s so good about those pieces then?

Unfortunately nothing, but if Harden is now not a fit with this team and coach then the sooner the Rockets reset and get draft picks for him the better.

Harden will never lead the Rockets to a ring. He will have to go to a team that is already established and play 2nd or 3rd fiddle to win one for himself.

I like the winning and going to the playoffs and if Harden was on board I'd want him here. But when a player shows his true colors of wanting to be elsewhere then it's time to cut ties.
