He is the biggest snake of all time. Once Easterby found out that his job was in danger if someone new got hired as GM, he pulled off convincing Cal to hire the one guy who wasn't going to fire him for GM in his buddy Nick Caserio.

SNAKE. Easterby is in full control of Cal McNair. Pathetic.

By the time of his greatest accord, Cal has been owner for only 2 years, and is already becoming inadequate and pathetic. He is increasingly misled by his chief adviser Easterby. Easterby may even be poisoning Cal. In the months following the 2020 season, Cal let his rule slip out of his hands, and Easterby gained an increasingly large hold over him. Houston was troubled again by threats of exile by its greatest Texans.

cal McNair has wanted to hire Caserio since the offseason they hired Brian Gaine. They’ve been trying to get him here since 218, before Easterby. Nobody had to talk Cal into hiring Nick.

my belief is that Nick was going to get hired this offseason all along and the search was just checking boxes.

I bet if Jack Easterby told McNair he needed to sell the team to him for $500 he would do it.

    Easterby controls Cal mcnair.

I just don't see it. If it was a hot side piece having his 'ear' per se, then I would get that.
This guy is just cringe all over.

I’ve come to the conclusion that Jack Easterby came to Houston to start a cult... and the McNair family are his followers

I don't follow the Texans closely all the time but this saga is pretty hysterical. I remember Kubiak and Smith being church buddies with the McNair family and just thought it was strange then. Now this is a whole new level of silly.

This is what the fans want.

Growing up rich while such a tremendous blessing can also be a curse if people like Cal McNair have to suddenly act like their whole life hasnt been one of privilege and never having to meet standards. In trying to establish a legacy for himself McNair has turned the Texans front office into a Game of Thrones episode minus sexy naked girls and fire breathing dragons.

Believe someone posted a screen shot of her DM'ing someone who was carrying a "Fire Easterby" sign at one of the games. She is pretty hot though.
