    I think it's funny and ironic but I sure hope they got the right guy and not just some random guy at the protests. As much contempt as I have for the protestors, I don't want people to be put on the no-fly list just because they exercised their first amendment right as misguided as it was.

    I want them all to be put on there.

    First amendment does not give them right to break into and terrorize capitol building.

    We need to set an example here so that they think about the consequences.

    Due process my friend. Unless they know for a fact this is one of the guys that broke into Capitol, I have problems with just putting people willy nilly on a no-fly list. If he was one of the people inside the Capitol building, he should be in jail.

    My question is: if this guy is ID’d as a danger due to 1/6, why isn’t he behind bars?
